Mud Cake Records is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country.
Damaged Shipment
In your own interest, please make sure that your package arrives safe and sound. Should a parcel reach you in a visibly damaged state, do not accept the delivery and ask the postman/delivery service to issue a notification of claim immediately.
You can collect your items directly from our warehouse, Fröbelstraße 38 in 47053 Duisburg upon request. Please make an appointment with us in this case.
